Barnard/Columbia Dances at New York Live Arts

Barnard/Columbia Dances at New York Live Arts features an evening of celebrated repertory and premieres, showcasing the range, artistry, and versatility of Barnard College’s Department of Dance’s curriculum, faculty, guest artists, and students. Our Fall 2026 program includes “Élégie” from George Balanchine’s Tchaikovsky Suite No. 3, staged by Deborah Wingert and rehearsed by Antonio Carmena, alongside new contemporary works by Francesca Dominguez, Candace Brown, and Claude CJ Johnson. Produced by the Barnard College Department of Dance and performed by Barnard and Columbia University students, Barnard/Columbia Dances began its performance residency at NYLA in 2005.
