Live Arts Pride 2019: THE HOUSE PARTY

A 50 FOR 50 CELEBRATION

LIMITED FIRST 100 TICKETS FOR $15! ON SALE NOW!

New York Live Arts’ daylong performance party celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall uprising and World Pride. Queer nightlife and art scene come together under one roof to serve up the city’s most colorful and fierce performance, music, and more for a 4-floor multi-space, back-to-back party for the ages. 50 Artists of all kinds honor 50 years of PRIDE!

Dedicated to the late Arnie Zane (Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company Co-Founder), Live Arts Pride donates a portion of ticket sales in Zane’s name to Chelsea-based Callen Lorde Community Health Center. Live Arts’ lobby remains a public space offering refreshments, shade, bathrooms, and water fountains for Pride parade participants and floats lining up in their holding spaces along our 19th street block. Also free and open to the public is the queer market place in the lobby featuring local artists selling clothing, makeup, jewelry, and more!

The Live Gallery lobby wall will feature a large-scale installation by Avram Finkelstein – a special co-presentation with Visual AIDS and their Stonewall 50th Anniversary activist broadsheet project “WHAT IS 21ST CENTURY LIBERATION?”. To be unveiled early June 2019.
