Centrally located in Chelsea, New York Live Arts offers rental opportunities to artists, non-profit organizations, private individuals and businesses. Our studios, theater, lobby and conference room(s) are available for rent!
New York Live Arts rents its 184-seat theater to performing arts groups as well as non-profit and for-profit companies. With excellent sightlines, clear acoustics, state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, the theater is an inspiring space for artists and a well-recognized destination within New York’s cultural scene.
New York Live Arts houses two state-of-the-art studios that are rented on an hourly basis for rehearsals, classes/workshops, auditions, and informal showings, as well as commercial ventures.
