OR Works creates emotionally driven, multidisciplinary projects grounded in the belief that the body is a source of intelligence and wisdom and an archive of human experiences. Through instinct-led, rigorous practice and strong attention to visual and cinematic form, the company of multi-cultural collaborators transforms emotion into embodied action that cultivates empathy and human connection.

OR Works creates at a moment when collective humanity faces a profound choice: whether to build structures that support our highest visions, or allow them to calcify imagination, sensitivity, and care. Through work that engages trauma, loss, resilience, and transformation, the company seeks to bring out the better parts of the humanity.

OR Works has presented work at various venues including The Watermill Center, MASS MoCA, Mark Morris Dance Theater, Alvin Ailey Theater, Adams Theater, The Tank, Dixon place, The Cell Theater, Catskills Arts Space, Houston State University, University of Michigan (USA) and ACUD Theater (Germany) and many more throughout Europe and USA.
